You accept that any disputes about this Site and its contents are to be determined by the courts having jurisdiction in Victoria, Australia in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria, Australia.

MAS makes no representation that the content of this Site complies with the laws (including securities laws) of any country outside Australia.
